"New Arrangements" Publication
New Arrangements is a 16-page book for an art publication to show off their home in Portland, OR. The logo emphasizes the natural form and creates a unique and imperfect result. The page layouts are intended to present a clean, minimal, and balanced image. The selection of colors also evokes the natural world to emphasize that the sculpture artworks in the picture are made from natural materials. For this project I wanted to infuse just enough simplicity to create an elegant and organic style for this magazine design. A limited color palette and carefully selected photography keep the book cohesive and clean. The goal was to introduce an easily digestible reading experience.
